Description

Cassia or Cinnamon is undeniable a circulatory helper and regulatory or body systems. This is added to my stimulation lotion to aid in pain relief as well as blood circulation. For centuries cinnamon has been used to treat imbalances in blood sugar, infection, pain, swelling and virus related illness. Diffused into a room it helps to purify the air and surroundings due to it's highly antibacterial, anti-viral, antifungal and antimicrobial properties. Breathed in it helps to open airways. Extremely effective at things related to depression such as heart ache, sluggish lymph nodes or strep throat. Use in a carrier oil NEVER directly on skin then rub on the lymph nodes to get them "moving" or on chest or on throat topically. A few drops into a Tablespoon of carrier oil, then rub into area. Be sure to avoid eyes and sensitive areas. *Skin sensitive or easily reactive people should avoid and maybe try this oil in a blend instead. Works super well in blends for virus as well as afore noted.
