Thyme Red is the true thyme essential oil (white has synthetic ingredients and a lot of companies use white for their product). Thyme has extremely high antiseptic, anti-viral, antibacterial and antifungal properties. Used in mouthwash for the thymol content that is a pesticide. it is a great lice and mange remedy used in another product. It does produce skin sensitivity if used straight on but in blends is a power house for killing germs and safe. I put it in many blends to aid in germ killing, circulation and help with illness, cold, flu, respiratory issues, bronchial pathways, and phlegm. This is a great oil to diffuse when company is coming to kill germs and aid in emotional support. Diffuse, drop in a carrier oil and wear on hands to kill germs or a necklace to aid in breathing while you go about you day. Use on tooth brush or in a pulling blend for added germ killing power if you are dealing with gingivitis, bacteria or decay in the mouth.
